From its rural Kansas roots, A-Lert Construction Services has grown from a small, regional contractor to a diversified, national industrial construction company with offices throughout the U.S. At any given time we have projects going on in at least a dozen states, performing all types of construction, maintenance and repair projects in such industries as grain and food processing, energy generation, wood products manufacturing, chemical processing, and more. 

As a medium-sized company (by industry standards) involved in a number of large projects, we are able to offer a very stable work environment. Yet we’re small enough that you’ll notice our very family-oriented culture.While some employees like to work on crews that travel from job to job – and the additional perks that go with that – most employees work in geographic areas that allow them to go home each night to be with their families.
